Department selection always expanded

Hello everybody,

I'm looking for a (manuel) code change to get the "department selection" in the ticket overview always expended.

I was trying to change it myself, but unfortunately it was not working. :-(

Any suggestions? I'm very thankful for any help!

Sorry @msw I'm not real sure what it is that you are asking for.
Do you mean for Agents (Staff)? or Users (customers)?
Can you try asking it a different way, and/or include step by step instructions to get the screen that you are talking about and provide a mock up of the desired behavior?
