Hello there, I have problem when I write reply to ticket and use 'position:' the message is getting cutted from this 'position: ' till the end of the message. I think its like special phrase, because of the css 'position' and this causes this 'issue'. I saw also that the ticket thread box has 'position: relative' in its css. The interesting thing is that when tried the same with z-index, float nothing happened..
Position is a reserved CSS parameter that we strip from communications as it messes with the system position styling and messes up the thread view. See here:

So it wont be good idea to touch these from the commit ? 
The code is open source so you can do what you'd like. However, if you do remove this change and an email comes in with conflicting position styling your ticket thread will be all messed up.
