Authentication ::Oauth2 version 0.6 - stuck with main login page

Good Afternoon All,

I'm new to the osTicketing system. I downloaded the latest version, V1.18.1, along with the latest versions of PHP, MySQL, and plugins from the portal - https://osticket.com/download/. I followed the instructions provided in the technical forum.

After adding the 'OAuth2' plugin to osTicket, I configured the OAuth2 provider using Azure. I can successfully log in with my Azure account without any issues, but I'm encountering a problem. i.e., "After the login "Sign with Azure", it gets stuck on the main login page without user login.

Before posting this query here, I referred to many technical forums about this issue. Most of the links suggest that I need to install the latest version to make this functionality work smoothly. Please refer the screenshot, also confirmed that the redirect URL, client ID, and client secret values are correct.

Could you please let me know if there's something I missed?

Can you post a screenshot of your plugin config? (censor any sensitive information)

Are you sure you are using the Client Secret Value for the Client Secret in the Plugin Instance configuration and not the Client Secret ID?

Do you have URL Rewrite module installed and enabled for IIS?

Since you are using IIS do you have the cURL certificate setup (see older posts like this one)?

If you are signing in as an Agent make sure the email address for the User you are authenticating as in Azure is the same email as your Agent account.

Secret Value : Yes, I am using the secret value, not the ID .

URL Rewrite installed version:

cURL certificate setup - Not sure if I have done this; let me review the instructions and get back to you with my findings.

Sign-in as Agent: I am currently testing the sign-in with Azure. I have not tested the other login methods yet

I see you have your Endpoints as "common" are you sure that’s your actual endpoints? Confirm by clicking the Endpoints button in the Overview tab within the App Registration.

Also as suggested, I downloaded the certificate from the URL and copied it into the 'extras\ssl' folder,

uncommented :

Yes, I tried in an incognito window, and I was able to access the ticketing system after authenticating through MFA, which is great!!

I'm using this ticketing system on a clean Windows 10 machine dedicated solely for this software with default Port 80

If that's the case then it was most likely a session issue and you need to clear all cache/cookies/sessions. If all is working then we can consider this resolved.
