Hi guys, I saw from the documentation that the APIs are only for ticket creation.
If I wanted to create one for a custom login, or receive the list of open tickets, is there something ready or do I have to create them manually?

You would need to roll your own. I seem to recall a couple PRs that were not accepted over at github that might point you in the right direction. Otherwise I understand that the API for 2.0 is supposed to be more versatile.
