Can not login with Agent Account in OsTicket

Creating and login as a user is working fine.
When creating Agent, the welcome and password reset emails were sent successfully.
But the agent can not log in to the admin panel to even change the password. it doesn't display any error message.
For the admin login also some sometimes there is a login issue with the session. With the incognito mode, it can be resolved. But Agent login issues exist even in the incognito mode.

Please help me to resolve this issue

Your version of PHP does not appear to meet the pre-requisites for running osTicket 1.17.5. (PHP8 - 8.1)
Please upgrade your PHP and retest.

If for some reason that does not resolve the issue, are you running any authentication plugins?

my PHP version is 5.4.45...can u please suggest updated php version and how to update php

contemporary versions of osTicket require PHP 8 to 8.1.
How you upgrade PHP depends on if you are self hosting or if you have a hosting company.
If you self host you will need to google how to upgrade PHP for your OS.
If you have a hosting company you would want to talk to them about upgrading your PHP.
