I do not know where they come from but someone somehow keeps on creating tickets on my setup. I do know them or want them. They are different people from email ending with @partsavatar.ca How do I stop them? Thank you Pat

You can either add each email to the System Banlist (Admin Panel > Emails > Banlist) and/or create a Ticket Filter (Admin Panel > Manage > Filters) with the Filter Rules being User / Email Address / Contains / @partsavatar.ca and the Filter Actions being Reject Ticket.

You might also be able to block list the addresses or domain at your email provider. Especially if you have a spam filter, or something.
