Add an IT Manager user to a company.

Hi folks,
I use OsTicket to manage support tickets for my customers. I would like the IT Manager (user) of a company to receive an email for each ticket opened by their users. It is possible ? How can I configure this?

Do you really mean the IT Manager are Users? Users are the people generating Tickets in need of help, etc. Agents are your staff that login to the Agent Portal and respond to/resolve Tickets. Once I know which one you truly mean I can give you a better answer.

Thank you for your fast reply. I don't know if I explained it correctly. Sorry I dont speak english very well.
We are a IT consulting and I need to control my customers' (companies) tickets and these companies have an IT manager.

So, I´d like each IT manager of my customers, to receive a email copy of tickets opened by its users.

Is it possible?

In my opinion, you can do it if you create the ORGANIZATION and send automaticaly a copy to his/her IT Manager (primary contact) In my example: "Alberto"
