Why am I receiving THIS error message when I am trying to close a task on a ticket?

You either don’t have permission to close Tasks in the Task's Department or maybe setting to a status that’s already set?

KevinTheJedi yep in the SQL database its ID was assigned to another department even though in the portal it still shows IT Infrastructure. Weird but managed to solve it thanks.
