Thank you for your response. Our settings all look correct for this. It definitely isn't one of our agents unchecking those top 3 people. They should just be email collabs. However, those people are part of a department that hate helpdesk. It's a weird coincidence. The bottom 2 collabs are managers for their areas and they never uncheck. The managers got their helpdesk email and the top 3 did not. We have tried blocking our helpdesk through email and marking it as spam but in our testing it didn't uncheck those boxes. We are wondering how they figured out how to uncheck themselves or what setting they may have found for it.
