Hi community,
I have a strange problem. Everything works well...or even better, but when agents creates a tickets (instead of feaching an email) ex: the agent want to open ticket that arrives by phone, all the system frozen an get an error.

I tested in PHP version 8.2 and 8.1 (actual) and 8.3 and combination of FPM and CGI and FastCGI
