AI integration

Hello, I have seen that some ChatGPT integration was discussed before and it can be possible with osTicket 2.

But has anybody already tried something with AI in general? Maybe with some copy&paste "integration"?
We are thinking about some open source model (mixtral?) and adding our own training data.

I am searching any experience in this field. For example how to export the existing tickets for training.

I have not, and I'm not aware of anything doing this.
Someone else might have though.
