I want to exchange emails between Outlook and osTicket. I put the IMAP settings as Microsoft indicates and I still have an error. Why? This also happens with POP and SMTP. And is this enough to be able to exchange emails or do I have to do something more or another thing, please?

Seems like your sever is blocking the request or something. Contact your hosting provider for further assistance as your server is simply saying it cannot connect to that host and port.
