Custom Field default value not appear on ticket thread.

this is my osticket installation info.

Hi, I have a custom field call severity level and have set the default to Severity - Medium.

but then, when user create a ticket, this severity level field become empty. not by default set to medium as per shown below.

can please help to advise?

Do you have this field on multiple forms? If so you need to repeat for each.

I would also recommend upgrading to the latest version and retesting. v1.17.5 is available as well as v1.18.1.
