I am trying to migrate the ticketing system from OS to another ticketing tool. I want to export all the tickets till date from OS ticket tool. How can i do that.

Make an advanced search that would match all tickets and click export at the bottom. If your server cannot handle it then you will need to dump via the database. Good luck!

This only exports out the metadata... I have 1,200 tickets closed this year, I'd like to see all the responses in .pdf or .md or html.... I need a way to upload it to botpress.ai or chatGPT.
