Hey guys, we are pretty new to OSticket and are still in the process of build out. we are running OSticket on a linux VM. current version is 1.18.0. I am having an odd issue in the admin panel > manage > lists when i select an item and then select "more". nothing happens, i never see a drop down populate.
Additionally, when i select the new list item i am unable to get the "add new item" "import items" or the more drop down to open up. nothing happens. if i select the properties tab i can see the URL switch to /scp/lists.php?id=2#properties from /scp/lists.php?id=2 but again the page does not change. the last thing we did was change the site to HTTPS, add the SSL certificate, and change the doman name to match our public domain name.
any help on where to start looking for a fix would be appreciated.
