Hello, I am trying to use a filter to send myself an email when a specific option has been chosen from a custom form. So far I have:
Created a new filter
Execution Order: 1
Active
Target Channel: Any
Rules: Match Any
Custom Form / Form Label Contains "A selection from the dropdown that pulls from a custom list"
Actions: Send an Email to myself, with a subject and body from our system email
The Form Label type is a custom list, and I'm hoping that when one of the dropdown selections from the list is selected that it will send me an email, but I haven't received anything yet. Another thing to note is that this form is not associated with a help topic, but rather a form that we add after a ticket has been created by using the Manage Forms button:
