How to configure my Osticket as demo

Dear kevin,
Good day,
I configure my Osticekt as my primary ticket system for my team but I need to configure from the same ticket system second ticket system as demo for my customer for example I think to change the port from proxy or maybe I can create new directory in web root then name it as demo and deploy it or maybe you have another idea .

Do not post links to 3rd party sites like that.

You can do whatever you want. You can have multiple installations of osTicket on the same server. Just setup a new database and new folder.

Sorry kevin I thought it's related to Osticket itself so after a lot search is there any idea for that or just I must create another root for demo under /var/www directory is that right .

It all depends on how you have your webserver configured. The most basic way is to just create a separate directory in your html folder and create a new database for the new installation.
