Hello there, Im looking to integrate osTicket into a custom page in our panel somehow, the problem is that I may need api calls that take the user tickets, ticket threads etc. As I made research and have seen from other tickets and stuff there are not so much options for now. I only see this happening through Iframe, but I was thinking how you guys made it ..?

    The API can only create Tickets; that’s it. You cannot retrieve data, etc. so say you have a form on your website you can gather that data and call the API to create a Ticket in osTicket.

    Yes, you can use the system in an iFrame you just need to configure your "Allow System iFrame" setting accordingly.

    Thank you for the answer! I know its in development process, the so called v2 version of the API, can you provide some more info about the possible release date ?
