Setup completed, login to SCP gives white/blank page

Hello everyone, hopefully I have chosen the correct forum to post this in.

I have just installed the latest osTicket version to my Windows Server 2008 R2 running IIS 7.5 and PHP 5.3.

I completed the setup process and everything seemed fine. Although, when I went to the staff administration area (this is my first time using osTicket so hopefully you can understand what I'm referring to) at http://www.sspts.net/support/scp(http://www.sspts.net/support/scp) it provides a login page where I enter my username and password created during setup and when I click login, it takes me to http://www.sspts.net/support/scp/login.php(http://www.sspts.net/support/scp/login.php) which shows up as completely blank with a title of "document mov" and this is as far as I can get. I have tried looking for a solution on this forum and elsewhere and I have not been able to resolve my issue. Two things stand out to me as somewhat strange. Firstly, error reporting was set to "1" before I did any modification. I don't seem to get any errors, regardless of it being set to 0 or 1. Secondly, when I first went to http://www.sspts.net/support(http://www.sspts.net/support) it redirected to http://www.sspts.net/SSPWeb/support/setup(http://www.sspts.net/SSPWeb/support/setup) (The website is stored locally at D:\SSPWeb\support so that is where the SSPWeb is coming from) and I had to remove the SSPWeb part from the URL to get to setup. I don't know if either of these are reasons to be concerned or not but hopefully they will provide some further symptoms to assist in troubleshooting. My thought is maybe the login page is similarly redirecting to the wrong location as setup did, but it is not reflected in the URL.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

You might try re-uploading the scp/login.php file. You should probably also consult your php error log. You can turn it on in your php.ini.

I just tried to enable errors in PHP.ini and I must not be changing the correct setting because when I do, the main page for osTicket won't load, and other websites on the server that use Wordpress state that the MySQL extension isn't loaded.

When I turn on error reporting in main.inc.php and try to load the scp section, I do still get the login page but there is no change in the white screen that results after I try to login using my username and password set up during the install. The main section does load when error reporting is on but there are still no changes or errors being reported as far as I can tell.

gives http error 400

I have the same problem, installed on IIS 7.5 with MySQL and PHP 5.3.27.

When using FireFox, the web console shows, that login.php gives a http error 400 Bad Request

I tried deleting the web.config that came with osTicket, but still the same eror.

@[deleted]: I have a similar thing that happens on my server as well. I noticed that if I go to http://IP(http://IP) address of server/scp and then login, it works like it should. If you link to http://localhost/scp(http://localhost/scp), you will get the 400 error. Hope this helps.

I also get the 400 error and I have tried deleting the web.config too. URL Rewrite is set up for the website in the root directory, but I made sure to turn it off the for OSTicket directory. Regardless of whether or not I am using the included web.config, a fresh one created by IIS to disable rewrite or none at all (I have tried other things too, like manually changes settings in the file) but nothing changes the problem.

I am not able to use localhost or the server IP as the website it is in is bound to a domain and I have another website on the server that is not.

UPDATE: I just realized a new version had been released and I did a clean install. Everything seems to work perfectly now!
