SMTP error The fifth parameter is disabled on this system

I receive this error message after configuring the email function -> The fifth parameter is disabled on this system. I also installed OSTicket with another hosting provider, and everything works fine there. Could it be that the provider "One.com" is blocking something? Has anyone experienced this before? Or is there a solution for this?

I don’t think I’ve ever seen that error ever. Can you show a screenshot?

That’s your hosts doing as it says "Policy restriction in affect". This means your host has restrictions on local sendmail(). You will likely need to configure SMTP instead of using sendmail(). You will need to contact your hosting provider for further assistance.

I did some very light searching and found most people experiencing this error are using the "One" host same as you. So they definitely have restrictions and you must either modify the codebase to remove the fifth parameter from the mail() function or configure your own SMTP as I mentioned.
