SInce, We all waiting for the 2.0 improved Responsive UI Osticket version. We are not sure when we will get it exactly, until then I have created the ost_responsive plugin, no core file needs to be edited, simple plugin you can upload into the includes/plugins/ then go to your admin area plugin and add a new plugin then you install and activate.
it will make your OSTicket Client, Agent, and Admin Area Full Mobile responsive. I kept the original UI of OSTicket.
It's not a Theme its just responsive UI.
