I was wondering if there is away to integrate OSticket and whatapp. I’m interested in having new ticket notifications sent to whatapp

    At this time there is no direct integration but you can easily set the Agent's email address to the WhatsApp phone number email. Providers like AT&T have this so I assume they do too.
