OSTicket Version 1.17.5
When creating a new ticket I receive two emails. One is a "New Ticket Alert" and looks fine. The other one states "DB Error #1054" and contains the following:
[INSERT INTO `ost_ticket__cdata` SET `field_38`='0', `ticket_id`= 104 ON DUPLICATE KEY UPDATE `field_38`='0']
Unknown column 'field_38' in 'field list'<br />

In the OSTicket system logs it's always paired with "Mailer Error Unable to email via Sendmail Unable to send mail: Unknown error".
