Dear Kevin, I have issue when try to upload my logo with extension of .png I try to resize it & convert it to .jpg without success

As the error states the image is too square. Make it more rectangle than square and retry.

Yes I see the help tip and I know the error was clear but I convert it many time but still give this error
For the size of the image, the width / height cannot be less than 2.
I try many tools and try online to convert from square to rectangle but without success did you have any tools or some pixels size for the acceptable logo image .
My logos are 817px x 170px. I just use the native photos app tool on my computer.
