Mime email problem

I am trying to trying to capture the email from OSC by piping to put them into a log file to harvest and convert into SMS.

osTicket Version v1.18.1 (0375576)
Web Server Software Apache
MySQL Version 10.5.23
PHP Version 8.2.11

However the log file is all filled with MIME format, not human readable content. I checked tons of posts about SMTP issues, nothing else but I get all green when I set the SMTP details of my hosting provider, there is no error in the system logs. Using single email with SMTP everywhere, settings, departments. Tried both 587 (non-SSL) and 465 (SSL) ports. No special character in the name (Pelican Maintenance)

What do you suggest?

That's how any Base64 encoded email looks. You'll have to parse the email and Base64 decode the content; just like osTicket does in the backend.
