Dear friends,
I'm new here, I have some knowledge about WordPress plug-in, very straightforward upload, install, active, delete,
But here in osticket, I upload the plug-in to the includes/plugins which is fine.
Then settings/manage/plug-ins add which is also fine. But I don't understand why some plug-in setting has the instance create form? What is the purpose of that? Why do we need multiple instances of same plug-in?

For things like Authentications backends mostly. Imagine you have an OAuth2 Authentication provider from Microsoft but also from Google. You can't configure two authentication methods in the same plugin as they require completely different configs. So, you need multiple instances of the plugin to be able to support multiple authentication backends at the same time.

    Cheers.
