Can we hide the time zone in the help form ? I just want the date picker. also in the date picker how can we pick the year > right now to go to 1982 I have to either type or click many times to go to 1982 from 2023

You go to the Field's config and uncheck the box to show the time picker. (Admin Panel > Manage > Forms > click the Form > click Config next to the Date of Birth Field > uncheck the box)
