Can you set a filter when a client posts a reply with a specific word? I'm using v1.17.5. Thank you so much for your attention and participation.

Ticket Filters only execute on New Ticket Creation. They do not execute after the Ticket has been created.

No worries. Stay tuned though because in v2.0 we will have a really robust API plus way more capabilities for plugins to be able to accomplish such tasks.
