Can you set a filter when a client posts a reply with a specific word?

Ticket Filters only execute on New Ticket Creation. They do not execute after the Ticket has been created.

Thank you for clarifying. I was hoping that I could do a filter action when the user posted a reply.
Anyways, thank you again! 
No worries. Stay tuned though because in v2.0 we will have a really robust API plus way more capabilities for plugins to be able to accomplish such tasks.
