Hello. osTicket has "Departments". This raised 2 questions:
- During the process of creating a application (ticket), when I selected a department, in the “Assign” selection it is proposed to select employees from any department, and not from the one I selected. How to fix?
- During the process of creating a application (ticket), when I selected a department, in the “Application Category” (“Ticket Category”) selection it is proposed to select any category. How to link "Application Categories" (“Ticket Categories”) to "Departments"? In order for the “Application Categories” (“Ticket Category”) of only the selected department to be displayed after selecting a department.
