Can't lock user

Hello,

I'm trying to block a user, but I'm getting the following error: "Unable to manage any of the selected end users." I receive the same error for different users, whether they have tickets or not. There's no information in the "system logs" either.

How can I get more information about why I can't block these users?

I'm using version 1.17.4.

What do you mean by "block"? Do you mean Lock the User Account?

In your Agent Account do you have these Permissions enabled?
