Osticket – Implement Multi-tenancy in osTicket

Hi all, I am a newbie and recent installed my second osTicket installation. I am interested in setting up a multi-tenancy for my platform where for example my sales team work independent of the ict department. I read the link below but was hoping someone has done it before and guide me through it. PHP 8.2.12. nginx/1.22.1. MariaDB 10.5.16. osTicket (v1.18.1)

That is a customization. We do not support customizations so you will be on your own. You already linked a guide (however it is not reviewed by and not written by us - osTicket) so you will need to follow that at your own risk. Good luck!
