I have deleted the old logo on the company profile page and uploaded our new one but the old one is still on the client login page. Where am I missing where to change that one?

Make sure you set the logo to be used in the Client Portal by checking the box under the "Client" column.
If you did this then you just likely need to clear the site cache.
