Auto assigning is not working for Team

On Osticket I have created new team and assigned agents to it. Then I have created a new help topic and it has a setting "auto assign to” where new team is assigned. Būt team assigned agents did not receive email notifications about new ticket (created for this help topic). If I sėt one of the new team's member into help topic's setting, named as "auto assign to" (instead of previously set Team, where the Agent is assigned) - this Agent receives email notification about new ticket. Why this help topic setting is not working for team ?

Teams do not recieve New Ticket alerts. The only people who can receive New Ticket alerts are the Admin Email, Department Manager, Department Members, and/or Organization Account Manager. Teams will however receive the Ticket Assignment Alerts. To receive these make sure you have the Ticket Assignment alert enabled and configured for the "Team Members".

Then in the Team settings make sure "Assignment Alert" is unchecked.

Then in the Team settings click the Members tab and ensure Alerts is checked for all Agents.
