I use no-reply@ for our email which works great with the php mail function for everybody except for qq.com and 163.com emails (China) which fail. Unclear about what settings I need for this. Thanks!

    Maybe they have restrictions and you need to configure SMTP. You’d need to look at the mail logs for a more detailed reason. I’ve never heard of these mail providers so you’ll need to reach out to them to see what SMTP information you need. Also, you are using a super old version of osTicket and need to upgrade ASAP.
