I have 2 group (Group A & Group B) of agent under 1 Department (Software Dept). Can I restrict Group A to only can view ticket for system such as System A on the ticket queue?
sya You could make two teams and assign agents to the respective team. Tickets could then be assigned to the teams and each agent would view them accordingly. Note that this doesn't prevent people from viewing the tickets by searching or using the Answered or Unanswered queues - you'd need to select the box in each agent's profile if this is what you need:
