Have some problems with setting up E-Mail server.
It's Microsoft 365.

See picture for configuration.

I would like to have some shared mailbox to use, that support@domain.com is a shared mailbox but this i'm not able to get this functional.
Then i tried based on online forums entries that i make a single mailbox this mail but this does not work either.

I dont know what i aking wrong but something i do.

username for accessing shared mailbox is mail-only@domain.com, password contains numbers, letters, capital letters and minus as symbol.
also with the usermailbox and some letters capital letters and numbers only it wont work.
