I've created a new list item - "Closed - Final," but it's not showing in the dropdown. Just Open Resolved Closed.
I've created a new list item - "Closed - Final," but it's not showing in the dropdown. Just Open Resolved Closed.
Is that Status set to Enabled? Go to the Ticket Statuses List, check the box next to the Closed - Final List Item, click the More action button, click Enable, and confirm. Then you should be able to see it.
