Problem login page operator v1.18

When I enter my username and password on the osticket operator login page, I have to refresh it or it won't let me in.

This problem is present with login LDAP and "local" login

Sounds like session issues. Try clearing all cache/cookies/sessions and retest. Even try in a new browser or Incognito/Private window.

First thank you for the answer, i try with firefox, edge and chrome in incognito mode, but i have same problem.

Have you another idea?

I open support.xxx.com my osticket support page
I click on the login
After clicking the log-in i click access as operator(agent)
I enter my username(Active directory) name.surname@company.com
I enter my password and click on the login
When I click on the login the page remains on the loading forever, but, if I update the page with F5 or with refresh on the browser, I see my login page.

I am sorry for my English. But I hope I have clarified my problem better
