Hello, it`s too costy to have multiple email accounts for each department.

A customization that allows porting from one email to departments based on email title shall be very much appreciated.

Well, another suggestion is an PHP script that receives emails forwarded from a "forward email address".. not an email account.. I can set many email addressess for free, in CPanel, setting "email1@domain.tld" and setting its destination to a PHP script that receives all emails came from this specific email address and assigns them to a specific department in OSTicket (To keep it simple, one instance per email address is also OK, no need for multiple email support in one instance).

    Thank you for your reply, but mentioned feature is different.

    • I want "email title" as filter, I tell users to use specific titles and filter the emails to the related department.

    However, the filters filtering based on cc email address..
    This means if I told users to mail both "support@" (main) and "booking@" (CC) the filter can find the CC address create a ticket in booking department.
    Well, if I understand correctly, it is an acceptable workaround, but I prefer having a filter based on email title.

    If the filter that utilizes "email title" already exists, kindly correct me, but I`m not able to locate it.
