OSTICKET Language pack issue - reflection not appears

Hi
I am currently utilizing version 1.18-git of OSticket, alongside PHP 8.1.4 and MySQL 10.4.24. I've followed the instructions from an OSticket video tutorial to install a language pack, and I can confirm that the language pack was successfully installed in OSticket.

Unfortunately, I am facing an issue where I cannot see the changes reflected after switching the language. I've noticed that the language flag icon is not visible. Additionally, when I click on the language flag, the system returns an error with the message 'net::ERR_ABORTED 400 (Bad Request).'
Could you please review the provided screenshots and provide guidance on why the localization changes for the language are not being reflected?"

Look at your URL. It contains “ur_PK(1)”. This is not correct and likely due to incorrect file name. It appears you downloaded the pack multiple times and used the duplicate with “(1)” added to the name. You will need to delete the language pack from the system + server and reinstall using a language pack with the original file name.

I did it again , i found that now Map is arrive at Client Page but all other fields like button caption / text , label caption are still in English language. please check these screenshots !!!

Please guide , its still same , caption of buttons are not changes !

Are other things translated? If so, then it’s likely the strings you see in English are not yet translated. You should also clear your browser cache and cookies to ensure nothing is being cached.

Yea I took a look at the language and it’s only 8% translated which means the majority of strings will be in English. You can always suggest translations here:

Sir, I can help you to migrate entire repository catalog(for translation) , can you guide me where to write same and how to get udpated build of language package?
Also is that possible to create another language "Sindhi" phar extension , its major language which is spokin in indus vally civilization(currently pakistan) .

I provided a link above where you can suggest translations. If you need help please read Crowdin's documentation.

You can’t get updated builds as we ourselves have to generate them. We typically make new language pack builds every time we make a new release.

We can look at adding this language if they have it available.

There is a problem with the RegEx statement associated with detecting AJAX requests.

Line of 46 in /ajax.php and line 285 /scp/ajax.php in should allow both underscore and hyphen in language names. There may be other locations where there is an assumption on the format.

i.e. en-GB.phar as well as en_GB.phar
