I am looking for a plugin for reporting on OSTicket.

Currently running osTicket (v1.14.3).

Does anyone have a working link for a reporting plugin? All I want to do is report by organization rather than department.

    There is no native reporting feature nor a native reporting plugin. All “reporting” plugins are 3rd party plugins that we do not support here and are not recommended in the slightest. If you decide to use a 3rd party plugin you are on your own. You will need to search online for 3rd party plugins or reach out to the maker of the one you are looking at.
