I am brainstorming the idea of running two tickets systems on one server vs two separate servers.

    Of course you can. You’d just need to make hella sure the server can handle that load/traffic.

    Just make two separate installs in two separate folders using two separate databases.

      You could do two separate virtual machines too. That way you could have a little more control over the resources.
