In order to simplify the ticket procedure, I would introduce a simplified way that I want that works in parallel to the traditional way. Practically I need a second landing page that I reach throught a web address. This web address, contains information to precompile the ticket module. The web address is included in a QR code attacched to the device under contract.
Is possible to realize this?

I would think that your best bet to do this is to make a HTML/PHP page and utilize the open ticket API to open the ticket.

thanks for replies. I read the API documentation, and seems that every API KEY is associated to the IP client. Scanning the QR CODE with smartphone, is not sure that the smartphone IP is the same associated to API KEY.

    No but you could send their request to a central server and make the actual request to the API from that server.
