Email not fetching after config Oauth2

HI All,

There is a requirement, if user sent an email to particular email id then it will create as a ticket in Osticket tool.
I have done all the setup like creating cron job, API (this should be webserver or db server? ). I applied all the azure values like return URL, client id and client key and other information also.

But i am not receiving any email and not creating ticket. please any help. what i am missing

You will need to provide screenshots of all your settings and app registration from azure.

You haven’t finished the OAuth2 setup. You need to submit the Authentication Config popup, authenticate as that email, and consent to the permissions.

Also, it looks like you put the wrong value for Resource Details Endpoint. That should’ve stayed the default URL. Please use the default URL for this field. If you don’t know it look at the docs.

KevinTheJedi I have not put the screen shot. it was asking email id and password. Then it redirected to Redirect URL. But not fetching the emails

Do you now have a Token tab in the Authentication Config popup? If not, you didn't get a token correctly.

We already using Osticket and now new feature need to add that fetch email and create as ticket in the osticket. We are struggling lot in this. so need your help on this.
