Looks awesome!

This should become the official standard theme of osTicket.

I think more people would use it with this theme.

We're planing to use osTicket in our company.

A theme like this would help me to convince my superiors ;)

Color wise and organization wise its nice. You have a lot of space that you could recover with some simple changes. You should post a link to the source file or attach the source file to this thread.

thanks Hawk for your kind words, ntozier yea i have to reduce my paddings and margins quite abit i like to do all the minor tweaking at the end to get it tight as possible.

i have done most of the staff panel (apart from the dialogs, still have to workout how to convert them over to bootstrap) and i have a few pages of admin panel.

slowly getting there but unfortunately this isnt just a css change this is a complete overhaul of the files to use bootstrap. biggger job then i expected!

after this i will be doing the client side as well to make it a complete package.

Dude that is an amazing design, fantastic job.

Just one thing:

Shows the old color scheme for client, staff, internal message reply. Its a brutal color in my opinion - If you could change that to be a blue type or something else other than orange that would make it 100% improvement over the old style.

I love osTicket - few much need capabilities in my opinion but for free its amazing. Love it, love the community, your work here sir is top notch. Would you release this open source?

Ticket View Update

Hey Guys,

been busy flying around Australia for work purposes so i havent had much time to continue my work on this custom theme

i made some changes to the ticket view page but i think it still needs some more attention

i changed the ticket thread into an accordian with a manual close defaulted to last ticket opened, i agree with stswarts regarding the heading colours ill look at either changing the colours or just having a standard heading colour with "REPLY - INTERNAL - MESSAGE" maybe... will need to think about it.

have finished the side menus and top menus with proper counters and have used badges for the side menus too.

Congrats on the idea and the great composition of your theme!

I hope you have some plans to release it soon. In my opinion it even have the potential to replace the original theme.

There are multiple strategies I can think of to "convince" them…

1) ask them nicely, tell them they are using open source software…

2) ask them a price they would be willing to sell it

3) if there is no copyright on it (depends where you live) release under different name

4) ask for donations

It looks brilliant, but out of curiosity how much time goes into it? Costing roughly?

is there a reason why you choose the naming convention - New Tickets - instead of open?

New Tickets… couple other tabs… New Ticket

Instead how about:

Open Tickets… couple other tabs… New Ticket

Just seems easier to follow, I'm a network admin so no design sense, but I can see my users going… "what?"
