This is the Unable to receive nor send an email

I checked on the logs this is the error
On my email settings i set it up Successfully, update the smtp_port=587 on php.ini file but still got the same issue

Please help

You don’t have a local mail server apparently. You need to configure SMTP or configure Sendmail/Postfix locally.

Also, to receive mail you must configure fetching (IMAP/POP3), piping (local or remote), or API.
