When I get emails in from a particular source with a particular subject I can use the filters to change the assigned team, transfer to a department, set the status to assigned and set the help topic (etc). I'd also like to be able to add a collaborator as, for this particular circumstance, they need to be notified as well. However I can't see a way of doing this. Is this possible?

I think I've found a way. I've set the source of the email to send to the OSTicket mailbox and CC in the people I want to collaborate on the ticket. They then appear as collaborators once the ticket is generated (unless the helpful techs added themselves as collaborators when I wasn't looking! ;-)
