my installation:

I have 2 questions:
1.
When i search the ticket in the system (with user interface or operator interface), the system creates an index of pages:

For example, if the search returns 52 tickets and the system displays 25 tickets per page, I expect to have 3 ticket pages, instead the system always generates a higher number (pages empty).
2.
In the user interface is it possible to insert a filter by "State" (as "Reason for the request")?
