Search ticket & new filter "State"

Hi,
my installation:

I have 2 questions:

1.
When i search the ticket in the system (with user interface or operator interface), the system creates an index of pages:

For example, if the search returns 52 tickets and the system displays 25 tickets per page, I expect to have 3 ticket pages, instead the system always generates a higher number (pages empty).

2.
In the user interface is it possible to insert a filter by "State" (as "Reason for the request")?

That's an intentional thing for now. Searches will always display many pages even when there is one page. We did this as a temporary patch to prevent a performance hindering bug. It's on our list to look into at some point.
No, Help Topic is the only available filter for the Client Portal. You can modify the codebase to accomplish what you are looking for but you will be on your own.

it is possible (user interface) to increase the number of tickets viewed for one page (from 25 to 50)?

If it’s not a profile setting then it’s not available and you’ll have to modify the code.
