So I'm noticing on both a test and (soon to be) production server that the qty listed for "open tickets", "answered tickets", "tickets assigned to me" and "tickets assigned to team" are all off, at least for a little while. Then it seems to square up properly after maybe 15 minutes or so.
This was never the case with the ticket server we're coming off of, which was v.1.12. Any ideas? I'm guessing it must be a cron job now, that polls the cues and then gives the qtys correctly?
