Self-Signed SSL with oauth?

Hi, I have a quick question. Will oauth2 authentication through Microsoft Azure work on a local instance of osTicket if I have no certificate or am using a self signed certificate?

Thank you in advanced, and my apologies if the answer is posted somewhere, I was unable to find it myself.

With no certificate (HTTP) you must use http://localhost. With self-signed cert (HTTPS), yes, you would just use https://yourdomain.tld.
